Class Agent: Cindy Coolidge

Hi Class of 1989,

 

I agreed to be the class agent for our class and I have only heard from two of you!  I want to try to change that so to start the process off, I am going to update you on my life in hopes that you will call, write, or email me on yours....

 

From Fletcher Academy, I went to Southern College where I graduated in 1994 with two degrees... one in history and one in psychology.  While at Southern, I discovered a love for emergency services.  I became a member of Tri-Community Fire Dept. and even went on to get my paramedic degree.  I had to resign after 5 yrs of service due to a back injury.  So I became involved in crisis counseling.  To better myself, I began to work on a masters degreee.  In 2004, I graduated with a masters degree in Community Counseling from Southern Adventist University.  I am currently a Respond (admission's) counselor at Parkridge Valley Hospital and have been there almost 7 yrs. 

 

The big event recently in my life was buying my first home.  I currently am working to pay off a townhouse (yeah!) in Chattanooga, Tn.  I share my house with four adorable and loving cats.  I am also blessed to have the best veterinarian in the world... yes, our very own class president is my wonderful vet.  I am lucky to have Dr. Katie Linderman as both a friend and a vet, who keeps my furry family healthy and happy!  My parents are also in Chattanooga, and so is my brother Bill who was in the class of 1990.  I am lucky to have my family close by!
